Unable to create an account

If you are unable to create an account because the Create account button is disabled, it is likely for one or more of the following reasons:

1) First name, last name too short (must be 2 characters or more, each)
2) Invalid email address
3) Invalid password (less than 8 characters long)
4) Password confirmation does not match password field
5) Accept terms of service not checked

Please check these fields carefully. If you're still having trouble, please open a support request and include a screenshot showing this screen with the fields completed.
