Mobile App Purchase Issues

If you encounter an issue with making a purchase of one of our mobile apps, the best course of action depends on which platform you are using:

Apple

For apps purchased for Apple devices through the App Store, Apple handles support for all billing, pricing, and refund related questions. In the first instance please contact Apple Support at:

Google

For apps available for sale on Google Play, if you have trouble purchasing, please contact Google Support at:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7100415?hl=en

If your enquiry relates to a previous purchase of one of our apps, we can help directly. Please provide the Google Play Order ID for your purchase. This is usually of the form "GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567" and can be found on the purchase confirmation email sent to you by Google.
