Crash when accessing Skyfire (iOS 11)

Update: this crash is resolved in TPE 4.0 (rolling out to all users on iOS 10 and higher from 17-24 Oct 2017). Please update when you are able for a permanent fix to this issue.

Some users are experiencing a crash when attempting to navigate to the Skyfire controls page within TPE after updating to iOS 11.

The crash may occur if you need to sign in to your account.

The workaround for this is as follows:

  1. Choose More -> Account
  2. Choose "Sign-in | Sign-up"
  3. Sign in to your account
  4. Retry accessing the Skyfire controls page

We have a fix for this crash coming in a forthcoming update to TPE.
